Bettie was featured in thousands of men's magazine of the 1950's. Her image was used in ads and she also graced many a cover.

A couple posing as photographers once stole Bettie's designs. They copied her bikini creations and sold them as their own.

Appearing in
the January 1955 issue of Playboy, Bettie was one of the magazines first
centerfolds. She played Santa in the special holiday issue.

In 1950 a New York City policeman named Jerry Tibbs had a chance encounter with the lovely Bettie Page. His hobby was photography and he offered to help with her portfolio.
